The “Studio” is its own paradise nestled in a private and serene setting along the creek.  Constructed of sustainable materials and utilizing efficient passive solar design, the space makes for an amazing and comfortable workshop, studio, office, or……………  Although this building may not be used as a permanently occupied residence under the CE, it makes for an exceptional supporting space or overflow sleeping area.

The studio has a small solar array and inverter system providing its own sustainable power source and a simple water system supplied by a 300 gallon storage tank.
