Improvements

A wonderful feature upon the property is a 16’X40′ storage building constructed of sturdy and fire restrictive materials. The building was manufactured off-site and brought to the property in two sections to be assembled in it current location upon concrete piers and a steel foundation structure. Current power can be supplied by a generator or solar panels.

This building had originally been approved for use as an office/break-room structure for use with agricultural activities upon the property and subsequently has been allowed to continue solely as a storage building under an Administrative Exception with Jefferson County. It may be possible for a future owner to expand upon the uses of this structure through permitting with Jeffco which would presumably require the addition of an approved septic system, completing permanent water service and/or other inspections.

A Domestic Well is in place approved for use in up to 3 dwellings, watering of livestock and limited irrigation up to an acre (see Well Permit in Documents section)

A storage shelter has been constructed near the well for equipment, hay and water tanks
Current ownership has utilized a generator to pump water from the well to storage tanks and then used gravity from the tanks through piping to distribution areas.
An access road has been constructed upon the property to the existing improvements and several additional identified potential build sites (see engineering and grading plan in documents section).
