The Resort has multiple existing structures which provide a multitude of opportunities for usage and income opportunities

Bed & Breakfast and Lodge

Off to the side, between the bank of the North Fork of the South Platte River and the Lake, sets the Bed & Breakfast and Lodge comprising 3 buildings.  The 1660 sq ft Lodge once housed an ice house; supplying ice from Crystal Lake to the Denver metro area.  It now boasts a roomy “living room” with a cozy fireplace, master suite, as well as a modest kitchen to serve the B&B areas.  In addition to the lodge, 7 individual guest rooms lie adjacent within 1061 sq ft and 651 sq ft buildings.  The guest rooms are fully appointed with furnishings, free standing wood stoves, individual bathrooms, and some rooms are adjoining.
