Property Improvements

The Resort has multiple existing structures which provide a multitude of opportunities for usage and income opportunities.

Restaurant & Clubhouse

The main structure upon entering the property is the 3822 sq ft Restaurant featuring bright and airy dining areas along with a lounge/bar, full commercial kitchen, and restrooms.  The smaller upstairs area has a meeting room, and locker room which currently hosts the Perfect Drift Flyfishing club, providing part of the income stream to the property.
