Tucked in to trees of the foothill mountains just southwest of Denver, the property is a private and peaceful remote sanctuary about 20 minutes out of the quaint community of Bailey, Colorado.  Situated about 40 miles from the southwest metro area, the location makes a wonderful site for a mountain retreat or to build a part or full time mountain residence.

Consisting of roughly 49.84 Acres zoned A(Agricultural) within Park County, Colorado; the property is adjacent to Pike National Forest with over 1.1 million acres of public lands.

Access to the property is gained from Park County Rd 70 through the Echo Valley Ranch where an easement leaves the county road through the ranch and passes through portions of private and public lands where a collective of several property owners have a forrest access permit to cross to their properties.  The shared road is over rugged terrain and 4×4 is highly recommended during winter months.

The property is adjacent to and surrounded on three sides by public lands including over 1.1 million acres of the Pike National Forest and nearby attractions like Wellington Lake, the Lost Creek Wilderness; and the Colorado Trail all of which provide tremendous access for recreational opportunities including fishing, hiking & mountain biking, horseback riding and hunting.  It lies near the northern boundary of Game Management Unit 501
