Placer Valley is a lovely mountain community of both full-time residents and 2nd homeowners alike.  Lying just outside of the historical mining town of Alma and at the base of the South side of Hoosier pass, many of the local residents work in Breckenridge and neighboring Summit County.  A paradise for outdoor enthusiasts with access to hiking and mountaineering, fishing, hunting, skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and endless other activities.

The property is an hour and a half drive from the southwest metro area of the Denver, and less than two hours from Colorado Springs.
