The 5 Acre “Rustler MS” parcel (Parcel ID 183531300007) is nicely situated with Trail Creek flowing though the length of the property and county maintained secondary roadway to within .6 mile.  1 rustic encampment cabin may be salvageable with a 2nd that has collapsed; but provide excellent locations for replacement improvements or camp outpost.  Access to power looks to be available near the existing cabins.
